Kitchen Manager

Clayton Bowling is the Kitchen Manager at The Pickle Bar and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where he earned a degree in Culinary Arts. He previously spent time at Oscar’s in Summerville, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. Clayton joined The Pickle Bar as a line cook and, through his hard work, consistency, and demonstrated leadership, was promoted to Kitchen Manager in the fall of 2025. In his current role, he helps lead the kitchen team while ensuring quality, execution, and day-to-day operational excellence.
